Will I really be locked in a room?

Safety is our top priority. At no time are you locked in a room. You are free to leave the way you entered at any time for any reason (such as to use the restroom). Your game time will continue to run while you exit the room, however.

What time should I arrive?

All players should arrive 15 minutes prior to their game time. Players arriving late may have time deducted from their experience.

Will I be sharing a room with strangers?

No! All of our games are private experiences. Unlike other escape rooms, we do not charge a premium for a private game.

Can I buy a gift card?

Gift cards are available soon! They can be entered as promotional codes during booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations may be changed or canceled up to 48 hours prior to the designated game time. Give us a call, we’d be glad to assist.

Where should I park?

Ample parking is available in our plaza near our entrance. Please do not park in any reserved parking spaces designated for our neighboring businesses.

Can I bring my small child with me?

Yes! Children 4 and under can come along free of charge. Children 5+ must purchase a paid reservation.

Are your games wheelchair accessible?

Give us a call and we will help you select a game that best fits your team.

How much do your games cost?

Our games average $39.99 per person but may vary depending on the game selected, number of participants, and day of week.

Can minors play without an adult?

Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are escape rooms safe?

Yes! We build our games to the highest level of safety. Our facility is equipped with cameras and microphones in each room which are monitored by your game master at all times.

Do I need to book in advance?

Our escape experiences book up quickly, and we strongly recommend booking in advance to reserve your game slot.

How many people can play?

Each game has a minimum and maximum number of players according to the size of the room. A minimum of 2 players are required.

How do I pay?

All games must be paid in full at the time of booking online. If your party would like to pay separately , please give us a call to discuss options. We highly recommend booking online for optimal security and to ensure your desired time doesn’t get booked.

Can I reschedule?

Games can be rescheduled free of charge up until 4 hours prior to your reservation time. Within 4 hours, your reservation is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Do you sell food?

We do not sell food; however we encourage you to visit one of our neighboring restaurants such as Arepa Mia or Urban Grid.

Do you accomodate large parties or corporate events?

We sure do! Large parties may need to be split up between multiple game rooms. We have a dedicated team to assist you with planning your event. Please e-mail us at sales@arcanumescaperoom.com for more information.

Can we bring food or drinks into a game?

No. Please do not bring food or drinks into the game room due to the electronic components. No alcohol is permitted.

Can I get a job at Arcanum Escape Room?

Please inquire about any openings by visiting our escape room.
